Bookeeper/Administration (part-time)

​

Scope Imagery is looking for an experienced bookkeeper/administration assistant to join our growing team.
 

We provide fleet vehicle wraps, pylon, shopfront/building & 3D illuminated signage for an array of valued customers across greater Adelaide.

 

The successful candidate will:

 

  • Track expenses and process invoices for payment

  • Manage accounts receivable and chase payment of outstanding invoices

  • Regular upkeep of reconciliation of accounts

  • Assist with inputting timekeeping information and processing payroll

  • Answer call/email enquiries and distribute accordingly

  • Be the first point of call for accounts and admin enquiries

  • Schedule meetings and appointments

  • Organise and action items as requested

  • Attend to Director assigned duties

  • Maintain filing systems for easy access, and ensure they are up-to-date

  • Prepare reports and documents as requested

  • Manage office supply, kitchen, bathroom and workshop inventories 

  • Take meetings notes

  • Handle troubleshooting for office machinery (printers and copiers)

  • Aid in organising office meetings and parties, and other internal and external events

 

 

We are looking for someone:

 

  • With a positive, enthusiastic, attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • With a minimum of 2 year’s experience as a bookkeeper

  • With an exceptionally high level of attention to detail numerical accuracy

  • Proficient in using accounting software (Xero preferred) and standard office applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Signs & Graphics Installer (casual)

​

Scope Imagery is looking for an experienced signs and graphics installer to join our growing team.
 

We provide fleet vehicle wraps, pylon, shopfront/building & 3D illuminated signage for an array of valued customers across greater Adelaide.
 

The successful candidate will:

  • Install vehicle wraps - Full, half & partial wraps, spot graphics to predominantly commercial vehicles

  • Install vinyl and router/laser cut graphics - Walls, Windows, Shopfronts

  • Create signage - Run printers, laminators, CNC Routers and other signage equipment to create exciting ''install ready'' materials

  • Vehicle accessory dismantling - Minor dismantling on vehicles that require hardware to be removed

  • Work independently – including confidently attending on-site installs autonomously

  • Maintain an organized working environment - Be accountable for tools and equipment used

  • Work away - Be willing to work away from home (if the occasion requires)

  • Quality control - Uphold personal and company standards of high-quality signage checks before the job leaves our doors
     

We are looking for someone:

  • With a positive, enthusiastic, attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • With a minimum of 2 year’s experience working in the signage industry

  • With an exceptionally high level of attention to detail and pride in one's work

  • Who can work independent and manage own jobs efficiently

  • That is able to drive a manual vehicle and hold at least a P2 license or higher

  • That is able to pass a drug and alcohol test

Signs & Graphics Installer - Apprenticeship

Scope Imagery is looking for a keen apprentice signs and graphics installer to join our growing team in 2026.

  • That is able to pass a drug and alcohol test
