Scope Imagery partnered with LiftQuip to design, fabricate, and install a custom-built signage solution that reflected the company’s strong industrial identity and commitment to quality. The project required a robust structural foundation, precision fabrication, and a distinctive branded finish.

Our fabrication process began with the supply and welding of RHS mild steel frames, providing a sturdy and long-lasting base structure. Using MIG welding techniques, we ensured each frame was assembled to specification, including custom-engineered footings designed for the installation site, as referenced from project photos and engineering plans.

Before installation, our team coordinated the sourcing of easement documentation and underground service information, ensuring full compliance with safety and site regulations. Once clearances were confirmed, we engaged a trusted contractor to excavate footing holes to the required depth and diameter, followed by concreting the frames securely into position for long-term stability.

The sign faces were produced from 3mm Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP/ACM), which were router cut, folded, and mounted to the frames using countersunk screws for a clean, seamless appearance. The panels were then custom-painted to match LiftQuip’s signature blue, ensuring perfect brand alignment and a professional finish.

To complete the design, custom laser-cut acrylic lettering was applied to the sign faces, providing dimensional depth and a high-end aesthetic consistent with LiftQuip’s brand image.

This project highlights Scope Imagery’s expertise in combining structural fabrication, brand precision, and on-site coordination—delivering signage solutions that are both visually striking and engineered for longevity.
