Case Study: SV Plumbing

The brief for the SV Plumbing fleet was simple. Create a vehicle wrap that demanded attention while building strong brand recognition across multiple vehicles. One of the initial challenges was that the fleet consisted of different coloured vehicles, which risked inconsistency in presentation. The Scope Imagery team overcame this by developing a bold gradient graphic that unified the fleet visually, allowing every vehicle colour to work cohesively within the brand rather than against it.

A key requirement of the project was scalability. The design needed to translate seamlessly across different vehicle models while maintaining the exact proportions and visual weight of the graphics. This required careful planning during the design phase to ensure the wrap system could be replicated consistently on future fleet additions, including a wrapped trailer currently planned by the client. The gradient and graphic placement were intentionally engineered to remain adaptable without compromising brand continuity.

From a production and installation perspective, one of the greatest technical challenges was ensuring the design could be applied without distortion. Large gradients and flowing graphics can quickly become uneven when stretched across complex vehicle contours. Extensive consideration was given to panel placement, body lines, and material behaviour to ensure the artwork aligned perfectly during installation and retained its intended appearance from every viewing angle.

The Ford Ranger also presented a unique challenge, as the original van wrap had already established the visual direction for the fleet. The Ranger design needed to remain instantly recognisable while adapting successfully to a completely different body shape and available surface area. Through precise scaling, strategic layout adjustments, and meticulous installation craftsmanship, the final result achieved a consistent, high impact fleet appearance that balances creativity, practicality, and technical execution.
